Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, our clinic will be reopening beginning June 1, 2020, with accommodations in place to minimize the risk and the spread of COVID-19. For our complete “COVID-19 Restart Plan” please follow this link:

Important considerations prior to booking your appointment:
- Please wear a mask when entering the clinic. If you do not have one, please let your therapist know and they will provide you with a disposable mask.
-
Please wait outside the clinic or in your vehicle until your therapist opens the door for you (a self-check-in procedure is outlined on the poster at the front door).
-
We request that you please use your restroom prior to your appointment, whenever possible, to reserve restroom use for necessary visits only.
-
Please come unaccompanied to your treatment, unless you are a minor who requires parent/guardian, or infirm and need assistance.
- We recommend bringing your own filled water bottle to your appointment as there will be no dispenser available for public use.
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a COVID-19 Pre-screening and Informed Consent form that must be completed no less than 2 hours prior to your appointment. Your therapist will review the BC COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment Tool with you again upon arrival for your treatment.
Thank you for your patience and understanding of the necessary changes and accommodations during BC’s Phase 2 of the Restart Plan. We are doing everything we can to help everyone stay safe and protected while reopening services at this time.
